Big Drop Expected: Petrol Prices Likely to Decrease from December 1

A notable fall in Petrol prices is expected in Pakistan from December 1, 2025. The relief may last for the next 15 days, industry and government sources say.

Petrol Price could fall by about Rs 3.70 per liter. That would move the price from Rs 265.45 to about Rs 261.75 per liter.

High speed diesel is likely to drop by Rs 4.28 per liter. Its price may go from Rs 284.44 to roughly Rs 280.16 per liter.

Kerosene may see a small cut of Rs 0.73 per liter. The price could fall from Rs 194.34 to about Rs 193.61 per liter.

Light diesel oil may fall the most. A drop of Rs 6.35 per liter is possible, taking the price from Rs 170.80 to around Rs 164.45 per liter.

Officials link the expected cuts to a rise in global supply. Several units at Kuwait s Al Zour Refinery have resumed operations. This has eased pressure on international markets.

Preliminary calculations are based on 13 days of data. Final rates will be announced by authorities before December 1.
