2. Removal of Infringing Content
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the complaint
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content
- Notify the user who posted or submitted the material (if applicable)

3. Counter Notification
If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA notice is not infringing, or you have permission to use it, you may send a Counter-Notice including:
- Your name, contact information, and email
- The URL where the removed content previously appeared
- A statement explaining why the material was wrongly removed
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of relevant courts
- Your physical or electronic signature
Once we receive your valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
Users or contributors who repeatedly violate copyright laws may be permanently banned from submitting or posting content on Today Alerts.
