2. Removal of Infringing Content

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA notice is not infringing, or you have permission to use it, you may send a Counter-Notice including:

1. Your name, contact information, and email
2. The URL where the removed content previously appeared
3. A statement explaining why the material was wrongly removed
4. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of relevant courts
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Once we receive your valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users or contributors who repeatedly violate copyright laws may be permanently banned from submitting or posting content on Today Alerts.
